SoulMusic Records (SMR) präsentiert in Zusammenarbeit mit The Second Disc dieses definitive, erstmalige 5CD-Box-Set der Grammy-nominierten Künstlerin, die als die meistgesampelte Sängerin der Popmusik gilt. Die insgesamt 58 Tracks umfassen erweiterte Ausgaben der vier Alben, die während ihrer Zusammenarbeit mit Salsouls Gold Mind Records aufgenommen wurden, sowie eine speziell kuratierte fünfte CD mit Remixen, Instrumentals, Acapellas und Neuerfindungen aus ihrem Gold Mind/Salsoul-Katalog. Der gesamte Ton wurde von Nick Robbins neu gemastert. Zu den wichtigsten Tracks gehören ihr Nummer-1-Dance-Hit „Love Sensation“, geschrieben und produziert vom Grammy-nominierten Multi-Hyphenat Dan Hartman, ihr erster Top-3-Dance-Hit „Hit and Run“ und ihre Coverversion von Debby Boones „You Light Up My Life“, die Ms. Holloway ihre einzige Grammy-Nominierung einbrachte.

Das Album enthält Produktionen von Norman Harris, Ron Kersey, Bunny Sigler, Ron Tyson und Vincent Montana Jr., allesamt Synonyme für den Philly Sound, sowie von Floyd Smith, Bobby Womack, Tom Moulton und Patrick Adams, mit Abmischungen und Neubearbeitungen von Larry Levan, Walter Gibbons, Shep Pettibone, Danny Krivit und anderen. Auf jedem Album sind legendäre Musiker zu hören, darunter Earl Young von The Trammps, Bobby Eli, Ron Baker, Steve Gadd, Cornell Dupree, Richard Tee, George Bussey, Larry Washington und Gordon Edwards von Stuff with The Waters und The Sweethearts of Sigma (Barbara Ingram, Carla Benson und Evette Benton), die den Hintergrundgesang übernehmen. Das von Ray Curenton gestaltete Deluxe-Booklet enthält umfassende Anmerkungen des Produzenten der Sammlung, Tim Dillinger von God's Music Is My Life, der die ausführlichste biografische Darstellung von Holloways Karriere mit seltenen Fotos und Artefakten erstellt hat.
