Da der Film größtenteils im Ausland spielt, fehlte dem Soundtrack zu Ocean's Twelve etwas von dem Vegas-Vibe der alten Schule, der den Vorgänger so erfolgreich machte, aber das bedeutete mehr David Holmes, was immer eine gute Sache ist (und Holmes gewann einen BMI Award für seine Musik, genau wie für Ocean's Eleven). Die abstrakten, elektronisch angehauchten Soundscapes von Holmes passten perfekt zu dem verworrenen Drehbuch; zumindest konnte das Publikum den atmosphärischen Groove genießen, auch wenn es den letzten Plot-Twist nicht herausfinden konnte! Und auch der Soundtrack konnte mit einigen gut ausgewählten Beiträgen internationaler Komponisten aufwarten, darunter der große Piero Umiliani.
