In late 1959 Trade Martin and partner Johnny Power started their own label, "Rome" and a subsidiary "Power-Martin". Their claim to fame was the early recordings of The Earls (available on C.B. #103). In the 2 years they were together, they recorded many different groups, most of these songs never surfacing before this album. Here for the first time are the forgotten groups and their songs from the Rome era.
